The inspiration for my collection showcased at the Nepal Fashion Week this year was a wedding that takes place in the woods.
So, it was very Peter Pan driven and felt straight out of a whimsical note. Since, nature was a big source of inspiration for this one, my main focus was on the darker greens and to signify the feminine attributes of the bride from the woods I obviously chose the water pink color. The designs had hand works infused with emerald stones, pearls and rhinestones. The forest green and layered silhouette spoke about the flourishing nature and some bits of inspiration taken out from the earliest forms of dressing. It spoke in volume of my brands DNA that is a resilient style yet feminine and delicate.
Overall, the models looked beautiful and the showstopper was the gorgeous Subeksha Khadka. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
